Forgive my absence! Although I do not think anyone one has noticed / to! : (I'll forgive
something goodie:) And thank you all for this month, though already late XD 19 November at 23:30 I made my first month foddblogger! ;)



Oranges
the winter fruit par excellence! Its smell reminds me of the Christmas period. I associate the winter and especially the Christmas atmosphere Christmas feels that while preparing the Christmas tree and Christmas decorations for the home! *.*
I must tell you that I did not feel the Christmas more like when I was small, unfortunately the case that increasing the feelings, emotions el 'euphoria fall by the wayside (and then missing the friendships and other things that will trigger only melancholy that is present precisely those nights of festivities. The last people I was with my boy, I was happy to spend the Christmas holidays with him, but there was the atmosphere that I felt long ago! This year, I am very happy because I'm finding those feelings, emotions now lost!
Already by the beginning of November I felt the atmosphere and the small happiness only in thinking at the time when I would come out on Sundays after 8 December when the shops (we) would be open until Sunday afternoon and evening) to go out with my sweet boyfriend and laugh, laugh taste and then so full of atmosphere!
And my boys, the atmosphere is everything in life! Without this there is more pleasure to experience the small things. I wish you all to deal with complete serenity and harmony this holiday season but also the pre-Christmas atmosphere with all my heart! :)
But back to us! : P

This fruit is one of my favorite, had not already guessed from the title of my blog? : D
This fruit is used very few times in the kitchen. O often is limited to use only the zest, alas, and the rest as good? It happens to dispose of the oranges that we do with the wonderful juices or eat as is, buonissimeee!

What luck to have citrus trees at home: D I would miss just a sapling of almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts also planting a right to have everything at home if necessary! Hahaha too true wonder? XD (And to think that before I had the almond tree: (Sigh and a few years ago was obtained for a nut case, then pulled up because he was throwing down the boundary wall of my house HI HI HI nothing to chance, they just had to go out?)

To begin this journey with my sweet and delicious oranges succosissime here comes a truly multi-purpose and extremely delicate creamy sauce! :)


It can eat as is or with some cookies like a tiramisu (the latter slightly dip the cookies in milk;)) But also as a filling for a delicate cake or enjoyed as a dessert (in the fridge keeps excellent smooth and consistent as a jelly to the Kremlin.
Ahhh forget, especially because it is excellent leggerissimaaaaaaaaaaaa lighter that you can not! ;)


Kremlin Delicata All 'Orange


INGREDIENTS:
150 g sugar 200 ml orange juice 2
/ 3 tablespoons of flour (depending on how you want, I've made 3 and then I added a bit 'of water: P)
any water (to dilute or to slow boil faster cooking)


PROCEDURE
Dissolve the sugar in a saucepan and pour orange juice on low heat for few minutes.
Combine the sifted flour and mix well with a wooden spatula (flat ones, the classic pastry cream), continue stirring until cooked.
If it were a bit 'or should cook in double quick time put a bit' of water, I've made for 150 ml some 'undecided date that the creation was new, but the next time I could only put 2 tablespoons of flour instead of 3, although the consistency that I had was really good, then what does it matter that I had to run after the consistency by adding water? This makes it more customizable! ;)
