Biscuits Orange & Raisins
We put this table based on the amount of cookies you want, I I tried them both so guaranteed. I used the first dose to try the cookies, then I used the second to make it in large numbers and give them away in bags.

300 grams of flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Half glass of sunflower seed oil (80 grams) 130 gr sugar 1 large egg, slightly beaten (60 gr) 100 gr raisins Zest of 2 oranges juice + Small (100 ml in my case) a pinch of salt | 500 grams of flour 1 teaspoon baking Half full glass of sunflower seed oil 150 g sugar 2 large eggs, slightly beaten 150 grams of raisins Zest of 2 oranges + juice (100 ml in my case) a pinch of salt |
PROCEEDINGS
Preheat the oven to gas at 190 degrees for 15 min.
In a bowl sift the flour, baking powder and salt.
