CNC Cake (Chocolate, Nutella, Coconut)

I decided to call it: "Cake CNC" or Chocolate, Nutella and Coconut . All this to tell you of a classic sponge cake with cocoa and chocolate and coconut flakes and coated with a little icing sugar and coconut flakes. For me it is a pleasure to dive in!

In this case, precisely a sponge cake with chocolate size (diameter 26 cm) I used:



INGREDIENTS

For the sponge:
300 sugar 5 eggs 150 flour
(Poor, I will put roughly 130)
3 tablespoons cocoa powder (I use fresh, but you can choose according to taste) butter
100 (taking a little 'for buttering the pan) 1
sachet of baking powder

For the filling:
a jar of Nutella (nutella or imitation) from 400 grams (almost all will go away, it will remain just a bit 'in the bottom of the jar)
coconut flakes (2 tablespoons)
little coffee

To decorate:
flaked coconut (about 3 tablespoons) powdered sugar
(3 tbsp approx)

PROCEDURE

For the sponge:
Preheat oven to 180 ° C for 15 minutes
Cut the butter into rectangles tablet, preserving a pat for greasing the pan (about 25 g) to facilitate the dissolution.
In a bowl beat the eggs with an electric whisk, gradually add sugar, continuing to whip with the whisk.
Sift together, uniting, flour, cocoa and baking powder in bowl of eggs.
Butter with a knob of butter (25 grams) the pan (Ø 26 cm) and pour the mixture, level, so that does not rise too much.
will have passed the 15 minutes, otherwise he will miss just two, bake in the middle floor / top of the gas oven for 25 minutes. (If you have other types of the oven rack, cooking time and levels are very different)
Just finished cooking remove from oven, leaving the oven on and make sure that they cook with a toothpick if it comes off clean, the cake is cooked Otherwise, Ultimate X a couple of minutes. When it is cooked, turn off the oven, hold the cake in the oven for a minute or two at most and remove the pan from the oven. Let cool on a wire rack.

For the filling:
Once the cake has cooled, place it on a serving platter and cut along the circumference, so you have 2 disks. Remove, gently, the first record (top) and wet the disc with a little less coffee sponge cake (not because they need it, will come out soft, but just to leave a slightly perfumed taste, even if you do not hear a lot).
Spread the Nutella (nutella or like) and sprinkle the coconut flakes. (It would be better to put them together, chocolate and coconut, for a more intense aroma and mix well. Overlaps the upper disk and cover with very little coffee to make it slightly fragrant and so that the powders will be adding more later attack. To form the points blacks mixed with white spots.

To decorate:
Strain sugar icing for a homogeneous and fine writing, not following a line, but at irregular points. Go to the waterfall with her hands in coconut flakes, before and after the blank spots on the icing sugar.
